Your responsibilities
- Melt and cast aluminium.
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production processes and rectify or report faults.
- Comply with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Support packaging and repair work.
- Work flexibly as part of the team in a three-shift operation.
What you bring
- Technical understanding and willingness to learn.
- An independent, reliable and careful approach to work.
- Experience in production, foundry work or metal processing is an advantage, but not essential.
- Willingness to learn, flexibility and teamwork.
- Physical resilience and a strong awareness of safety.
- Willingness to work in a three-shift operation.
- Good German language skills.
